Founded in 2013 by Frankie Valentin in Baltimore County, Maryland, Final Cut Landscape and Tree Care was built from a passion for the outdoors and a commitment to hard work. What started as a small local business has grown into one of the area’s most trusted names in lawn care, landscaping, and tree services.
With Frankie and Nicolette still involved in the day-to-day, Final Cut remains a true family-run business, focused on providing professional service with a personal touch that larger companies simply can’t match

Born and raised in Baltimore County, Frankie Valentin has always had a deep appreciation for the outdoors. What began as a simple love for nature turned into a lifelong career dedicated to enhancing it. Frankie’s hands-on experience, attention to detail, and commitment to quality have earned him a strong reputation across Maryland for dependable, honest, and professional work.
Whether he’s leading a project or meeting with homeowners, Frankie’s goal remains the same — to deliver beautiful, lasting results with integrity and care.
When he’s not working, Frankie enjoys spending time with his family, riding local trails, and cruising the Chesapeake Bay with Nicolette and their two kids.
Nicolette Valentin
Office Manager
A lifelong Baltimorean, Nicolette brings energy, heart, and a touch of hometown pride to everything she does. After her professional career as a cheerleader for the Baltimore Ravens came to an end (Go Ravens!), she joined forces with Frankie to help grow their family company.
These days, you’ll find Nicolette with her hands in just about every part of the business — from scheduling and customer care to keeping the day-to-day running smoothly. Most clients know her as the friendly voice on the phone when Frankie’s out in the field, making sure every question gets answered and every customer feels valued.
